If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 10 days from date you receive your purchase. We will not accept returns and we will not issue a refund if 10 days have gone by.
To initiate the process, email us at celleina.llc@gmail.com and let us know the reason for return. Please included photos if needed.
Return items must be unopen, unused/unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please make sure that the original invoice is in the package.
Costumers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item(s) to us.
EXCHANGE:
(if applicable) We will only replace/exchange items that are defective or damaged.
When you email us, include pictures and/or videos so we can assess the damage.
REFUND:
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will notify you that we have received the product and we will also notify you if the return/refund is approved or rejected.
If the return has been approved, refund will be credited to your original form of payment.
Please note that If you return an item to us by U.S. mail, we usually received it within 7-14 business days. Once the item is received and approved, we will process your refund. Defending on your financial institution, you may see that refund on your credit card within 5-7 business days.
